Pharmacy Weight Loss Barnsley | GPhC Registration No. 9012511 | Last updated: July 2026

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or submitting a consultation, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

Pharmacy Weight Loss Barnsley is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Barnsley and the surrounding areas of the United Kingdom.

We operate in full compliance with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) standards for registered pharmacies and applicable UK legislation.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must be able to provide accurate personal, medical, and contact information when completing your consultation questionnaire.

Our weight loss treatments are only suitable for individuals who meet specific clinical criteria, including appropriate BMI thresholds. We reserve the right to decline or withdraw treatment if it is not clinically appropriate for you. Eligibility is assessed by our registered pharmacist on a case-by-case basis.

3. Prescriptions

All prescription medicines supplied through our service are issued only following a completed online consultation and pharmacist clinical review. A prescription will be issued solely at the professional discretion of our pharmacist, who may request additional information or decline to prescribe.

By submitting a consultation, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading information may affect your safety and may constitute a criminal offence.

Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for the purposes of that specific supply only. We do not issue paper prescriptions for dispensing elsewhere unless required by law.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards processed via secure, encrypted payment providers. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Payment constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is only confirmed once our pharmacist has reviewed and approved your consultation. If your consultation is declined, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 business days.

5. Delivery

Approved orders are dispatched within 1 working day of pharmacist approval. Delivery is carried out via tracked courier service. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather, or events beyond our reasonable control.

It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery or that a secure delivery arrangement is in place. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, a redelivery fee may apply.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order at any time before your consultation has been approved and your order dispatched, for a full refund. Once a prescription has been issued and your order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds in accordance with medicine safety regulations.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

7. Medical Disclaimer

Our services do not replace your NHS GP or other primary care provider. The information and treatments provided are intended to complement, not substitute, professional medical advice. If you experience any adverse effects, you must stop using your medication and seek medical attention immediately.

We strongly recommend informing your GP of any medicines prescribed through our service. We accept no liability for harm resulting from the provision of inaccurate or incomplete medical information during your consultation.

8. Privacy and Data

We process your personal and medical data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely for providing and improving our clinical services.

We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy available on our website.
